Cohen and Mark Strong play two brothers, once inseperable, who have been apart for 28 years. Strong has become an elite government assassin and Cohen becomes a football hooligan with a wife and many kids. When they reunite, it causes chaos as they must evade the government and terrorists. Isla Fisher, Penelope Cruz, Rebel Wilson, Ian McShane, and Scott Adkins co-star in the film, which looks goofy yet has some pretty good action from what I see.
