Member sircrooks Posted October 2, 2015 Member Share Posted October 2, 2015 I saw this film as a kid in the 80s I believe on USA Kung Fu theater. This makes me think the film must have at least been from the 70s or early 80s at the latest. It was a period or historic film and what I mostly remember is the protagonist was a sword fighter and fights at times with his sword still in the sheath or maybe fights using his sheath as well, which as a kid I thought was unusual and totally awesome. The only stand out scene I have to help ID the film is he at one point fights a pair of swordsmen who I think each had one arm and worked in unison to battle him. I think this took place either on a narrow path or a bridge. The might have been monks I am not certain. It seemed to be a similar concept to the pair of one-armed guys at the end of Avenging Eagle.Sorry if that's too vague it's all I got haha! Thanks!
