In the same movie, I also spotted one of the heroes creating a kind of flying guillotine with a Chinese large bamboo hat and some fine pieces of wood, if I saw well.

Not really crazy and bizarre but more on the rare and uncommon side in kung fu movies are the Hook Sword and Sleeve Knives.  I keep a list, that is when I remember to write them down, about such weapons.

Here's my list of movies that have the Hook Sword:

Iron Monkey Strikes Back

Shaolin Revenger

Have Sword Will Travel

Lady Assassin

Crimson Charm

The Stomp (similar concept without the crescent blade handle and spike)

Here's my list of movies that have the Sleeve Knives:

Avenging Eagle

The Jade Fox

Shaolin Intruders

In TO KILL WITH INTRIGUE they try to kill Jackie with large dusters (in a later close-up one can see that there are indeed feathers on the sticks) and huge clubs with a crude face on it (on the left).

Do you mean this weapon? @Shosetsu, the Monk's Cudgel Staff?.

I think that whenever I watch movie that has a scene set at a kung fu school, I'm going to take a print of the weapons rack, post it here, and identify the weapons. Just for fun.

I welcome that idea. Been struggling with identifying some of the weapons, this might prove to be quite useful.

EIGHT ESCORTS: A long piece of cloth with some kind of blade on one end, carried around the waist like a belt or flung towards the enemy (in this case, Lily Li), and a net with mirror pieces, probably to further distract by the glare.

I'm not sure if this counts but in Crippled Kung Fu Boxer , there's a villain with a hunchback that uses it during his kung fu methods. Maybe not exactly a weapon, but still something unusual. I mean, that and Dracula showing up in one movie I just saw.

Don't remember the title of the movie, but it was about two protagonists who joined their forces to fight a bad guy.

One of the protagonists had a very unique weapon - a portable trap of some kind shaped as a tiger's(?) head. He used it to catch swords for the most part.

I remember, during the final fight, when above-mentioned protagonists were fighting the main bad guy armed with a sword and were losing, one of the good guys sacrificed himself by intentionally letting the bad guy pierce him through the back. When the tip of the bad guy's sword showed up from the good guy's chest, the good guy used the trap weapon to catch the tip of the sword, kinda like a vice, so the bad guy couldn't pull the sword out. That was one hell of a way to disarm your opponent! Meanwhile, the second good guy managed to beat the disarmed villain.

I saw this movie back in the mid 80s, and to this day have no idea that movie was that. Curious to see if anybody can identify that

I saw a video on YouTube the other day of three women fighting with "Ass Blades". I think the movie was called "RoboGeisha". When I saw that, I immediately put that movie on my to-buy list. lol

I found the video(!):

It DOES  fit the description, probably that's the one. It's been over 30 yrs, hard to remember. Thank you for solving the mystery for me!

I believe those are called Emei Piercers. They also show up in KNIFE OF DEVIL'S ROARING AND SOUL MISSING with Dorian Tan Tao-Liang.

Movies that use them:

Knife of Devil's Roaring and Souls Missing (1976)
Secret Rivals II (1977)
Yao's Young Warriors (1983)
Chen Zhen: The Tokyo Fight (2019)

Does anybody know which movies feature the Deer Horn Knives?

I know of American Samurai (1992); Mortal Kombat (1995 -- Gerald Okumura wields them briefly at the climax); and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000).

Combat Double Deer Horn – Wing Lam Enterprises

I've always found Ti Lung's two handled, spinning sword in Magic Blade rather exotic.
