I love how he was surprised to see the ninja turned in a bird and flew away, but then he walked away like he was just so cool!!! I think the USA ninja was the actor who played Ross, the evil ninja in Ninja of the Magnificence. It would have been sick of the USA ninja had an American headband that said USA on it. I wonder why Godfrey Ho didn't think to do that. There weren't headbands in the US/USSR Ninja flicks, but I can guarantee you there has been at least one occurence of a very American headbaand.
