Member DragonClaws Posted August 2, 2015 Member Share Posted August 2, 2015 Jim Kelly had a good screen presence & charisma too. It's a shame he didn't make more Martial Arts related films. Would love to have seen him pair up with Chuck Norris in the 70's.
Member Lady Jin Szu-Yi Posted August 3, 2015 Member Share Posted August 3, 2015 Nice to see a tribute here. I always liked him and it is a shame he was underused.
Member DragonClaws Posted August 3, 2015 Member Share Posted August 3, 2015 I seem to recall reading he could be hard to work with which gave him a bad reputation behind the scenes. This in turn made his career a bit shorter and less impressive than fans expected. Don't quote me on that because I'm not 100% if it was him or another star of the era.
