He is always willing to die for someone. I really enjoyed him as Black Whirlwind in The Water Margin. If you want to see him in a slightly different role, check out The Pirate. He's a rival of Ti Lung (who plays a Robin Hood-like pirate captain) and plays his antagonist in terms of character as this greedy authoritarian (and completely OTT) pirate leader. My favorite without thinking too hard is Lo Lieh in Killer Clans, and to a lesser extent of course, Death Duel. Which brings me to someone else, I like Derek Yee much more in supporting roles than as the lead.(he's awesome in The Jade Tiger, and the Sentimental Swordsman) I wish Chor Yuen would have made a movie about Han Tang the Killer...
