Do you like the Top Chamber as it's deep or would you refer start physical training?

Staff/Pole followed by hand forms....man this was a REALLY hard choice as all are excellent.

I favor the punching-chamber because 1) I am a Karate stylist, and 2) being 50 years young, I ain't much for kicking anymore

ok if i had to pick one like nec i would have to say the pole staff chamber but really i like them all accept the head chamber but even tho if you would in real life hit some one with your head like that you can do some sireous damage to them but something about it i did not like just something about it i dont know

but all the chambers are good and a great flick

I looked at all the chambers & the pole seems to be the most complete it has the spinning blades moving the blocks of concrete, the hitting bag's & training with an Abbot.

the head chamber is an over dramatised version of iron head but I'm not sure how good the real iron head is for you mentally though iron fist it can supposedly help prevent brittle bones though I think there is a danger arthritis.

My favorite is one that was not listed, that would be Shaolin Chamber 36! The thought that San Te wanted to create a new Chamber, one that would teach Shaolin Kung Fu to the masses, was a great idea, and is the reason why it's my favorite.

That was in the original poll actually though there is a limit to answers & it was a hard choices which chamber to leave out but the 36th was so short/not San-Te training but the master so I left it out.
