At the end, the old blind villain is killed by two men who, with a long cloth/scarf, manage to get it twisted around his neck and as they both jump and kick him, he is strangled. The movie ends here on a freeze frame. Any idea what movie this was? I must've seen it around 1985, but I would think it was from the 70s.
