SMK
Not sure how many of you know of the 1973 TV movie, 'Don't Be Afraid of the Dark', but I remember quite vividly. Growing up, I remember seeing it (in reruns) on TV quite a bit, most likely in the early 80's, and it really spooked the hell out of me. Oh how I miss those classic Made for TV films, they were just so damn good back then. Another classic, scary TV movie is the 1981 'Dark Night of the Scarecrow', which recently finally got a DVD release. As the summer movie blockbuster season is upon us, I have to say, more than Transformers, The Smurfs, The Green Lantern, or pretty much any other film, I am most excited in seeing the remake of the old 1973 film, Don't Be Afraid of the Dark. Here is the original trailer to the 1973 TV film. [bBvideo 620,385]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4TpWSNT5QhE[/bBvideo] The trailer to the 2011 remake.
