YouTuber 'MartialHorror' gives his reviews on the Sonny Chiba film 'G.I. Samurai' and the Ti Lung film 'The Magic Blade'. Watch the video and see if you agree with his thoughts on both movies, that is of course if you've already seen both movies. :)

He made some good points and expressed his thought well. I have not had the pleasure to see either film yet, but nothing he said will spoil my viewing of them, and I always appreciate that. At 6:40, I have to strongly disagree. He implies that " '70's "martial arts" films don't look as great as they do now" and that the choreography is not as impressive. That leads me to believe, that he must think if a film does not have special effects, cg fight sequences and rapid editing, it's just not that great.

Keep your cg martial artists and give me Shaw!

(Although I must say that the best use of cg for a current "martial arts" style film, that I have seen, was Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame, where the cg was used to enhance the story and not overwhelm the actors.)
