I have never seen anything featuring or about any Doctor named Who. Time traveling is cool, but I'm use to the kind involving a flux capacitor. There is a reason why Doctor Who has been shown in 40+ countries and been on TV since the Kennedy Assassination! Try the newer series (with Christopher Eccleston, then David Tennant and Matt Smith).
