Member TheKungFuRobber Posted July 5, 2015 Author Member Share Posted July 5, 2015 I think it's the Shaw film Golden Lotus. I just googled that film, and it is the correct one and a porno (so I didn't watch it). Kind of odd to see footage from what I now know is an erotic film in a kung fu documentary. I can confirm it is the clip because Sing Lung on YouTube uploaded the part in widescreen. jPpbIk7YFj0
Member TheKungFuRobber Posted July 5, 2015 Author Member Share Posted July 5, 2015 It could be Not Scared To Die a.k.a Eagle Shadow Fist?. No, I've seen that film many times and Jackie Chan's hair is shorter in that one.
Member DragonClaws Posted July 6, 2015 Member Share Posted July 6, 2015 No, I've seen that film many times and Jackie Chan's hair is shorter in that one. I've never seen the whole film personally but he looks similar in it.
Moderator thekfc Posted July 6, 2015 Moderator Share Posted July 6, 2015 I just googled that film, and it is the correct one and a porno (so I didn't watch it). More on the line of erotic cinema than porno & it is not a kung fu movie. And that's no reason not to watch it. On a sidenote, the title character Lotus (Pan Jinlian) is a well know character in Chinese literature. She was married to Wu Dalang, Ti Lung's character brother in the movie "Tiger Killer" as well as "The Amorous Lotus Pan".

Member DragonClaws Posted July 6, 2015 Member Share Posted July 6, 2015 It's eagle shadow fist aka not scared to die. I suggested that film, but KungFuRobber said his haircut was different in Not Scared To Die. Having never watched the whole film I thought Id got it wrong. Tell me I didn't just see a 1974 Shaw Brothers movie being referred to as a 'porno'!? I can provide you with some sites if you want to see what a porno is. Member ShawAngela Posted July 7, 2015 Member Share Posted July 7, 2015 If I remember well, Last woman of Shang was mentioned as a category III movie, just because Lin Dai showed a shoulder when she was bathing....As we say in my country : "Other times, other uses "...
