Member odioustrident Posted June 18, 2015 Member Share Posted June 18, 2015 How many "classic" films feature a scene or two like this? I would not want to include training scenes on poles or anything from the 90's in this list. Fights on spikes or pots would also apply in my mind. Shaolin Avengers Secret of the Shaolin Poles Disciples of the 36th Chamber Killer Meteors One Armed Boxer vs. Flying Guillotine 18 Jade Arhats (sort of) Ambitious Kung Fu Girl (on pots) Iron Ox, the Tiger's Killer The Tournament Devil’s Mirror (Taiwan 1970) Invincible Swordswoman I know there are many more. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions? Shaolin Rescuers has one with Sun Chien. The Mainland film Young Hero of Shaolin part 1 also has one. Also, not necessarily "classic" in terms of age, Iron Monkey and Once Upon a Time in China V also have fights like that.

Member paimeifist Posted June 18, 2015 Member Share Posted June 18, 2015 Five Fighters from Shaolin? I mean, they're horizontal poles, but still! Also the rings. Could Return to the 36th Chamber count?

If I understand you well, you want " fights on poles " " Fights on spikes or pots " but not training on poles, spikes or pots from movies of any era; just fights, and you also do not want movies with fights like these released in the 90s onwards.... Well there should be a few more, one has to think hard a bit.Off head I don't know if Dragons On The Shaolin Tower and Ninja In The Dragon's Den fit this criteria.
