Mad cap comedy at its best. I especially loved the ending when the little boy was held dangling and ALL Russians and Americans saved the little tykes life. Ohhhhhhh! I wished it was really funny all the way through, so for me, it's cute with a laugh out loud moment here and there. Alan Arkin was excellent as the Russian captain.
