Member DiP Posted May 27, 2015 Member Share Posted May 27, 2015 I really hope 20th Century Fox sees this and will make a prequel. It's a good idea. YRD8jAk274I
Member DragonClaws Posted May 28, 2015 Member Share Posted May 28, 2015 Sounds similar to a film called Outlander that featured Vikings fighting an Alien. Ive never actually watched it though.
Member DiP Posted May 28, 2015 Author Member Share Posted May 28, 2015 Interesting. But in the ending scene of the Predator sequel (from 1990), Danny Glover's character is given a gun by the Predator leader which dated back several hundred years ago (my guess would be somewhere during the 1000s-1300s) indicating that they had been visiting Earth much earlier than we thought. This short film is a reflection of the Predator sequel, so a prequel makes sense.

Sadly those Alien VS Predator films didn't turn out all that good. The gun does indicate that they have been visiting earth for a long time. In the 1987 film the female character who gets caught up with Arnold reveals that the Predator may have been in the jungle some years. She talks about how the locals had given the creature a name. It translated to something like The devil that makes trophies of man.
