Member SamSeed Posted May 16, 2015 Member Share Posted May 16, 2015 Apologies if there's already a thread on this, but aside from co-writing and acting, Jay Baruchel will be making his directorial debut with the sequel to 2011's Goon. If you've not seen it I reccomend it, a surprisingly sweet film that just happens to be about a hockey enforcer, some great fight scenes too, can't wait to see how this turns out. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/movies/news/a647799/jay-baruchel-to-make-directorial-debut-with-sport-comedy-goon-sequel.html

Member SamSeed Posted May 16, 2015 Author Member Share Posted May 16, 2015 Always been interested in Goon but was leery of taking a chance on it. I really do reccomend it. The fight scenes are well shot and apart from anything else, Seann William Scott's character is really sweet and a nice character at heart, his story makes the movie. The only downside I feel is actually Baruchel's character, who is extremely annoying, but luckily is only in a few scenes.
