Guest Tosh Posted October 6, 2007 Share Posted October 6, 2007 Someone was asking about this movie and it's and it's bugging me because I think I saw it years ago - about some guy that walked around the town pretending to be a nobody so that whenever he saw crime, he'd fight it off and then reveal himself to be of high blood.
