Two near-finished customs - both need English subs made -release a beta version?

Hello guys. As some of you members probably already know, I have been working on two custom DVD's for Of Cooks & Kung Fu and The Incredible Kung Fu Mission. Making the Of Cooks and Kung Fu Custom DVD was a breeze as all I had to do was mux a Chinese soundtrack into the German DVD and creat a menu. The Incredible Kung Fu Mission was extremely tedious to work on. However, I have not finished making any custom subs for either of these so what do you guys think I should do? Release a beta version or wait until I have time to finish the subs?
