The original film involved a band of convicts who are brought to an island and literally fight to the death with the winner getting his or her freedom. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin starred in the original. This time around, Randy Orton is taking the lead as a former bounty hunter who finds himself part of the deadly game, which has been revamped after the first film's events. Directing the film is who I personally call the "go to" guy for direct to DVD sequels, Roel Reine. He and Orton previously worked together on 12 Rounds 2: Reloaded in 2012.
