Very sad indeed.

1. Communism is just a bad idea and nothing really good has happened to the people enslaved by this utopian idea.

2. The "RED FLAG" was the commies take over in 1947 and the tyrant that came into power Mao Tse-tung.

3. Mao's Little Red Book and the horror that was unleashed upon the Chinese is still in operation today. The rich commies are the same as Mao, where the axiom holds true.

Ultimate power corrupts.

4. Hong Kong was very lucky to have the British rule them for 90 years.

5. Freedom was theirs. Once you have been free you can never go back.

6. Several years ago Jackie Chan and his patriotic remarks were noted on this forum. I was one who was very dismayed and said so.

&. Hong Kong is at a juncture if something does not give the authorities will do another Taiamaan Square type massacres and make the people kow tow to their behests.

I wish the Honk Kong people God Speed and pray for a good outcome to these difficult times.
