Please help me identify this martial arts movie

1. It's english movie, probably from 80's or early 90's.

2. The opening(?) scene might be the main character riding a motorcycle around. Could be that he went to a gas station or drove by one. Maybe more like harley davidson or chopper -style motorbike.

3. There might be at least one scene where they practice karate(?) wearing white training uniforms or something like that.
