Yep, the original POLICE ACADEMY are back with a new installment...Police Academy 8....okay.....just kidding. Dark Horizons revealed that three of the original Police Academy stars, Steve "Mahoney" Guttenberg, Michael "Jones" Winslow, and Leslie "Callahan" Easterbrook are reuniting for a new Syfy/Asylum original film called Lavalantula... As you can guess, these monstrous tarantulas breathe lava and have terrorized L.A. As they rain death and destruction upon Los Angeles, a washed up 1990s action hero (Guttenberg) is the only thing standing in the way of this monstrous swarm of bloodthirsty creatures who burn their victims alive.
