Has some martial arts action but looks more like gunplay. The plot involves a young man seeking revenge for the death of his brother in a city where corruption rules and justice is never served. The young man finds help in the form of an otherworldly monk, who teaches him the skills necessary to seek revenge. The movie just came out here on DVD yesterday from Millennium Entertainment.
