As a kid in the 70's/80's I remember at least one movie that had a character in it that was caucasian and wore sunglasses. He sticks out in my mind because he used to wield a pair of (metal?) nunchaku that had spear tips that he could fire off at times. I seem to recall a name of "Lightning __________" for some reason.
