Member deathdunt Posted July 19, 2014 Member Share Posted July 19, 2014 Recently rewatched The Cranefighter and saw Shaolin Invincible Guys/Shaolin Deadly Hands for the first time. I was incredibly impressed by the star and director of both Raymond Lui. Haven't heard much about the guy and I was curious if anyone had any background information on the guy? Upon my research it seems as though he was a bit player for most of his career and then all of a sudden just started producing, directing and starring in his own stuff. It seems kind of unusual that he just made the jump from bitplayer straight to "star", and directing his own work. Wondering, quite frankly, where the hell the guy came from...He's pretty impressive and I don't hear much about him. Also, he directed Fatal Flying Guillotines which is classic garbage. Huge fan of that one. Thoughts/Info?
