Member GOLDEN DRAGON YIN-YANG Posted July 8, 2014 Member Share Posted July 8, 2014 Last night went to see Project A on the big screen. Well I can tell you all the HD format the theater used really sucked. The action was too fast and at times blurred do to this format. It was very painful to see this great Jakie Chan film in this method. The last 1/4 of the film worked somewhat better for me as I got 'used' to the shortcomings and did enjoy the final fight with the pirates to a better extent then the rest of the film. Personally I felt ripped off and now I no better to see films in this manner. GD Y-Y

GD Y-Y The image above did not come in for me. Well it really has more to do with the theater being at fault so if you go to one who is showing either a proper digital release of the film or even showing the film (say a 32mm print -- a proper "art" theater should have support for both.) I would have complained to the theater.
