You're a fan of True Colours? That's one of the few Kirk Wong's I haven't seen, since I've often seen it written off as a work for hire.

I still think Long Arm of the Law is much more than just a genre film: its one of the great masterpieces of World Cinema that nobody in the English-speaking world seems to know about. Brilliant film.

EDIT: Ah, I see now... its chronological. Still, surprised to see that film there and not Organized Crime & Triad Bureau or Rock 'n' Roll Cop.

Yep, both of these lists were chronological, HK films only, and done based upon films I've seen and also how well I can remember. Also, I did them off the top of my head, so in a sense, they' subject to a bit of change here or there. I've seen both OCTB and Rock N Roll Cop, but it's been a very long time, and it was the Ocean Shores cut version of the latter. True Colours was decent, and the end shootout was pretty good, though far from the best of the list. I'd recommend checking it on, on a cheap VCD if nothing else
