Member AlbertV Posted April 8, 2014 Member Share Posted April 8, 2014 Ryan Guzman, who starred in "Step Up All In", and is a mixed martial artist, has nailed the lead role in an upcoming MMA film called "Hold Your Ground". The film is being directed by Ben Nott and revolves around an abandoned youth taken in by his uncle, who teaches him life through surfing and Brazilian jiujitsu. The film is being set in SoCal's surf culture and MMA culture. Michael W. Gray, who produced the MMA documentary "Fightville" co-wrote the screenplay with Matthew Straquadine.
