It happened that some of the items I had ordered were out of stock and they gave me the choice to get a refund or replace these items with something else, and everything went smooth. They seemed to be hit or miss in that I received legitimate releases and bootlegs (mostly legitimate). I stopped because I don't buy bootlegs and they didn't really care when I told them about it.
