I know! seeing you guys buying all these at great prices is making me insane. I just paid off a horrendous credit card bill and I promised myself no more dvd's for at least a couple of months but this sale is too good to pass up.

Those are great buys, I have them all and all except sentimental swordsman seen. "Sword Stained in Royal Blood" is maybe "weakest" of your picks, it`s from novel and feels there is lot more in storyline than was possible to put into film. However the fights are 1st class:bigsmile:

Yeah I thought I had heard that Kuo Chui had some great scenes in it which is why I got it. So is it all convoluted like Ten Tigers from Kwangtung? Cause that movie has some great fights and camp(the ending, lol), but it is a headache if you try to keep up with the plot!

Not like that, storyline is not a mess. Has been few years since last view but I recall had feeling in plot some shortcuts were used and it would have been better if movie been split into two parts with additional dialogue filmed.

Uhm, I think going to rewatch it this weekend:angel:

I bit. The price is good enough and some of these titles have gotten scarce.

The Assassin (1967)

A Deadly Secret (1980)

Four Riders (1972)

Death Valley (1968)

Heaven Sword And Dragon Sabre II (1978)

The Imperial Swordsman (1972)

Legend Of The Fox (1984)

Men From The Monastery (1974)

Mr. Possessed (1988)

Village of Tigers (1973)

Brave Archer And His Mate

The Brave Archer Part III (1981)

The Brave Archer (1977)

Flying Guillotine II (1977)

The Flying Guillotine (1974)

Fist of the White Lotus was already gone by the time I got there.

It's still showing right now. The only unavailable title I see is "Five Shaolin Masters."

Doh! You're talking about Clan of the White Louts. I kept looking for Fist of the White Lotus. Clan is already in my library.

I noticed while posting my list, that I had some how missed The Brave Archer Part II, so I went ahead and ordered that by itself. The shipping was half the cost of the disc, but that's all of them now.

I've always been curious about the Hex movies, what's your opinion of them?

Secret Executioner
1st one is more serious horror (well sort of ;) ).

"sequels" are more comedy and unrelated to the superior first one really.

Sounds like a lot of Western horror franchises - you know, like Friday the 13th, Nightmare On Elm Street...

They've got Treasure Hunters stocked, been looking for that for a while.. haven't seen since the VHS uk release in the 90s. Looking forward to seeing a sub version, from what I remember the dub suffered by many characters voices by the same man.
