It looks a little over the top wire fu, but I read it was a decent movie. I couldn't find a previous link about it but I think it came out in 2009-2010. People seem to like the action, and say the 2nd half of the movie is better than the first. Unless you ordered a dubbed DVD, the film is in Telugu, not Hindi.
