People that have received their replacement discs are getting them with other people`s names on them. So, it went beyond just the email. They are actually sending out these discs using other people`s names. Not sure how things got so messed up! Anyways, still waiting for mine. But, what they shipped it in was just a piece of cardboard and protective white sleeve. Surprised it was not busted. It was the art of protection without protection. For people wanting this set in Europe, regarding the FOF disc. I shot off a quick e-mail to Shout! Factory asking what the situation is & they will only replace discs to US or Canadian addresses. Yeah, it's to do with licensing (that's what they told me anyway, I'm in Australia). If you know anyone in the U.S. or Canada (or maybe one of the fine people on this forum can lend a hand), Shout! They did specifically say amazon.com and NOT 3rd party too....which is annoying because I've seen it £20 cheaper through some 3rd parties... Member The Dragon Posted October 22, 2014 Member Share Posted October 22, 2014 My solution for sets that have those crappy cardboard inserts is to get some plastic cd sleeves to put the discs in before you put them in the cardboard inserts. The discs slide out a lot easier & keeps them from getting scratched. That's a decent suggestion... May be cheaper than purchasing that multi-disc case... I definitely disagree. I have a life-size replica of the Zuni devil doll from TRILOGY OF TERROR, and it has never made a disgusting mess like that. Though it does occasionally seem to be in a different position for no rational reason. I check daily to make sure that the spirit-enslaving gold chain is still wrapped firmly around it's body.
