I don't know it. It looks like it's a television production to me. The fight doesn't look too bad though.

if you dont mind cheap tv movies with good kung fu then this is one to check out some decent kung from Jason Pai Piao in this as well, chang siu pang does some forms , think the aka for this is called laughing tai chi , think there was a china dvd of this
