Even though the idenity of the 3rd ninja is pretty predictable, it doesn't lessen the quality of the movie one bit. Great 60's ninja action with Infiltration, weapons/star/sword fights, forbidden ninja love, scorned family values, childhood rivarly, and blood, lots of blood. How they shoehorn all this in so smoothly is beyond me. I mistakenly thought Sato Kei from Sword of Doom was the main protagonist here, but it's more Satomi Kotaro, the movie keeps them on even keel for a while as they are in competition.
