Hi Guys

Just back.

100% new transfer; crisp colours, vibrant, looked far better than WB Blu Ray

Old Style WB Red Logo

Monk scene/ Extended mirror included so NOT theatrical :(

Still if this is the one that gets released in June then it's worth it for transfer alone.

Got a standing ovation by the crow at the end - Awesome experience!

The damn monk scene needs to go. It sounds so phony!

Warners are just lazy, they could have used Bruce's real voice for most of it, look here....

Why did they decide to use John Little's dub over Bruce's real voice?

I think John Little decided that.

I was gutted when it came on mate if I'm being honest.

To be honest, deep down, I knew it was going to be included. I was just hoping against hope.

The estate aren't going to remove Lee's philosophy to make ETD look more authentic. They don't care how stupid the voice over is even if we do.

Think you've answered the question mate. They have MOST of it but not all.

I think I can remember reading that portions of the audio was damaged. WB would want to maintain some sort of continuity (hahaha) so just dubbed the entire scene.

Guest Markgway

If the anniversary edition is just a remaster of the same old extended and remixed version that's been forced on us for the last 15 years, I see no reason to 'upgrade' -- and certainly not for $35(!)

Same. Ditto Spartacus, with that scene of Olivier talking with Anthony Hopkins' voice.

I'll be honest mate. I think that is exactly what we're getting.
