Help identifying the name of this classic Kung Fu Film

I have been desperately trying to find the name of an old classic kung fu movie. In the film the villain is of a high rank and he has an iron/gold claw (not the movie avenging eagle). His eyes are sensitive to sunlight as it makes them watery, the hero realizes this and in the end surrounds the fight scene with mirrors to reflect the the sun in his eyes which helps to defeat him.
