Member Drunken Monk Posted January 14, 2013 Member Share Posted January 14, 2013 I managed to catch this over the weekend (as well as the TERRIBLE "Gangster Squad") and was beyond impressed. The film is such a journey with phenomenal acting, fantastic tension and brilliant pacing. Had I seen it in 2012, it would have been the second or third best film of the year for me. I was also surprised to see not one but TWO kung fu cinema references in it! At one point, a CIA operative quotes "Shaolin Vs. Wu Tang" and then who turns up? None other than Scott Adkins himself! A highly recommended film.
Member ShaOW!linDude Posted January 14, 2013 Member Share Posted January 14, 2013 I think I remember someone referencing in the US: DOR thread that Adkins was in this. What was his role? Any action at all?
