Looks a pretty neat book – it’s also available in hardcover.
Member HAZ Posted December 10, 2012 Member Share Posted December 10, 2012 H -- Sent you a PM about this some months back. What size are the posters? Are they the itty bitty ones that are on the IVLs or we talking big boys like 4800 by 6000 pixels? They're small, like on the IVL's sadly. For some films, they don't have the poster, just a placeholder, like just a JPEG with the film's title. The trailers are mostly the new ones made by IVL. Member HAZ Posted December 10, 2012 Member Share Posted December 10, 2012 http://sg.store.creative.com/ziieagle/ziieagle-moviepedia-softcover/952-20306.aspx Anyone here read/own or know anything about this? Looks a pretty neat book – it’s also available in hardcover. That's the book that comes with the Ziieagle. Its kind of like a guide to help you find movies you might like if you're not familiar with the Shaw catalog. I haven't really looked at mine much. The on screen menus are good, so finding the movie you want to watch doesn't take much work.

Member reason108 Posted December 11, 2012 Member Share Posted December 11, 2012 Too bad the quality isn`t as good as what it should be. When that box first came out everyone was going gaga over it. It would have been cool but I think the price was out of my range. And, they didn't ship to US then. Do they now? The book might be worth a purchase though. Does anyone have a picture of the inside? How detailed is it?

Member ShawAngela Posted November 13, 2013 Member Share Posted November 13, 2013 The ZiiEagle book is just like a catalog with a small picture (poster) of each movie and a quick synopsis or comment about the movie in question. At the end of the book, there is a list of the actors and actresses, but it's all in Chinese language...
Guest Markgway
Are the Singapore TV versions of All Mixed Up and Curse of Evil uncut or censored? Don't want to waste my time on cut versions if I can avoid it...
Member ShawAngela Posted December 11, 2013 Member Share Posted December 11, 2013 In order to answer your question, I have to know what are the running times of the uncut versions and what could be censored, please. Thanks for the answer.
Guest Markgway
I don't have running times, but Singapore is a strict country, so almost any sex or nudity would be removed.
Member ShawAngela Posted December 11, 2013 Member Share Posted December 11, 2013 Well, I have both of them and such scenes are present in the movies, if I remember well (though it seems to mee that there isn't much nudity in All mixed up, it's more a comedy).
