Member piomode Posted May 24, 2012 Member Share Posted May 24, 2012 Greetings, A few street toughs (3?) go around beating up folks who haven't paid their protection money, or so I recall. The main hoodlum uses his martial arts skills to win the fights. The films hero is dispatched to shut down the hoodlums, or clean up the town, save the planet, whatever. This movie was seen by me on cable tv around 1999-2004. The production was like that of a Jalal Merhi flick. Thanks for any suggestions!
Member kaleyboy Posted May 24, 2012 Member Share Posted May 24, 2012 That scenario happens in almost all kung fu films at some point. Do you remember anything else about it?

Member piomode Posted May 25, 2012 Author Member Share Posted May 25, 2012 Agreed, not much to go on but thanks for looking. The actors were all white, it was probably a straight to video release. The production and dialogue were bad enough to provide some entertainment.

Member tdb Posted May 25, 2012 Member Share Posted May 25, 2012 Was it an Asian or Western movie? You probably would have recognised Van Damme, Norris or Seagal. What about Jeff Speakman, Don Wilson, Mark Dacascus, Billy Blanks or Michael Dudikoff?
