Member HyperDrive Posted January 2, 2012 Member Share Posted January 2, 2012 Did they distribute some 70's and early 80's Taiwanese movies in the mid 80's? This company is listed on the cases of Tai Seng VHS releases with various years ranging from '82 to '86. The titles in question are: The Begging Swordsman HKMDB Entry VHS Front VHS Back Golden Sword (Retitle of Golden Sword and the Blind Swordswoman) HKMDB Entry VHS Front VHS Back One of the very few movies I've watched lately and it is a wacky swordplay. Gangster and Me HKMDB Entry (I doubt that Goo Goon Chung is in this movie.) VHS Front VHS Back Spectacular VHS Front VHS Back No listing on the English language databases for this one. To me, it looks like an opera from the pic. Thank you in advance.
Guest Markgway
Gangster and Me.......I doubt that Goo Goon Chung is in this movie. Why would you think that? His name is listed on the VHS case along with Lu Ying-Ying.

Member karatemoviecom Posted January 3, 2012 Member Share Posted January 3, 2012 From the research I have done, I believe they were the Hong Kong distributor for hundreds of taiwanese films. They were a distributor ONLY.
