The film is directed by Clarence FOK 霍耀良 and is now in post-production. It sees Yen as a Chinese cop embedded undercover in one of the country's most ruthless gangs. The gang leader is on a mission to weed out disloyalty. The film also stars JING Tian 景甜, ZHANG Hanyu 張涵予, Collin CHOU 鄒兆龍 and Andy ON 安志杰. Yen's original co-star Vincent ZHAO 趙文卓 was replaced mid-shoot. Production banners are Beijing Starlit Movie & Television Culture Ltd 北京星光燦爛影視文化有限公司 and China Film Group Corporation 中國電影集團公司. Yen and cinematographer Peter PAU 鮑德熹 are also executive producers. Yen is busy with a slew of titles in different stages of production including a new pair of films being made through a joint venture company with Media Asia. The lineup - Donnie vs. Collin Chou, Andy On, and Ken Lo - looks fantastic. It's just, when things usually look this perfect...they're not. Maybe I shouldn't be so negative.
