Final villain in World of Drunken Master?

Another kung fu movie mystery solved by shapes. I recognize him as the lanky henchman in My Life’s on the Line. Gonna have to watch the other 2 more closely to see if I can spot him.

I thought it was weird how Mark Long made such a brief appearance, I would've preferred him as the final villain personally, even if his voice in this one was ridiculously terrible.
