Member ShaOW!linDude Posted August 19, 2011 Member Share Posted August 19, 2011 Just found this. I'm comforted by the fact that this isn't going to be a remake/reboot/whatever. I do hope however that it will not be a prequel. I think a sequel allowing for the passage of time would serve the story better. And get Harrison Ford to reprise his role as an older Deckard would be great. http://movies.yahoo.com/blogs/movie-talk/ridley-scott-direct-another-blade-runner-won-t-220747839.html

I'm not sure about this, so please correct me if I am wrong.
Member daisho2004 Posted August 20, 2011 Member Share Posted August 20, 2011 WOW I love Blade Runner that is a movie that I cannot see having a prequel that can ever be as good as the original! Meanwhile, Scott is in postproduction on "Prometheus," a sort-of prequel to his classic 1979 "Alien," for Fox. This might be good!
