Hey guys,

A few years back, I had bought a double DVD of AMERICAN STREETFIGHTER and AMERICAN STREETFIGHTER 2 (aka FULL IMPACT), two early Gary Daniels films.

Recently, both AMERICAN STREETFIGHTER and FULL IMPACT were released by a subsidiary of Universal Pictures, which I got for $4.99 each after selling my Simitar DVD.

I saw some noticeable differences in FULL IMPACT;

Simitar's version only ran 75 minutes and focused more on the nudity scenes with prostitutes before they are killed and they even inserted mid-way through the film the opening sequence to American Streetfighter, where Gary Daniels and Roger Yuan take on some thugs in a bar.

Universal's DVD runs 85 minutes and included a few more fight scenes including Gary Daniels and Kent Ducanon taking on Hien Nguyen and some other thugs, and the revelation that Daniels' character's wife and son are still alive (where in the Simitar version it is believed that Daniels' entire family was killed) and a few other dramatic sequences.
