Member AlbertV Posted June 8, 2011 Member Share Posted June 8, 2011 Hey guys, I'm browsing through June's Impact Magazine and I came across an article on the 15th Annual Hong Kong Filmart. Film Asia Entertainment, which released the recent action film CHOY LEE FUT with Sammo Hung and Kane Kosugi, announced their next project. The film is called HIGH KICKERS and according to Impact, it is a Chinese take on one of the best American martial arts films of the late 80's IMO, BEST OF THE BEST. The film will star Eva Huang, best known for KUNG FU HUSTLE (the mute girl) and the upcoming SORCERER AND THE WHITE SNAKE with Jet Li. Gordon Liu is scheduled to appear in the film as well as Huang's Taekwondo teacher. When I find out any more, I will let everyone know. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The lead actress lacks skill, and what little choreography there is, is slow, predictable, and poorly executed... Too bad, cause I love taekwondo and movies that feature kicking.
