Member GOLDEN DRAGON YIN-YANG Posted May 3, 2011 Member Share Posted May 3, 2011 Lung Fie to me is the quintessential Kung FU movie star. He can fill all rolls. But his villian-ary is unsurpassed and right up there with the best of them. Also his unique face is idea for the baddie he so often played. I don't know how the rest of you feel about this 'SUPER STAR' but I am KUNG HO, LOL over Lung Fie. Having seen his career start fom humble beginnings and soar into kung fu cinema lore and legend Gd Y-Y . .

Member shukocarl Posted May 3, 2011 Member Share Posted May 3, 2011 Lung Fei's best role IMO is in Deadly Strike. He truly is a legend! He brings a touch of class to every film he's in.

Member rdenn Posted May 3, 2011 Member Share Posted May 3, 2011 dyname trio was his best, with this technique using one hand, superb, and he had a great look for a villian, and when you see him in some early bashers he had some good kicks as well. Member Morgoth Bauglir Posted October 13, 2011 Member Share Posted October 13, 2011 I’ll always remember Lung Fei for his great acting and the unique styles he used in movies lik Death Duel of the Mantis, Sixty Second Assassin, Snake in the Eagle’s Shadow 2 and Horse Boxing Killer. Favorite performance is One Armed Boxer. He set the bar for the most insanely intense villain way back in 1971, and it still hasn’t been surpassed. Would love to see an interview with him. I’m sure he has a lot to talk about.

Member Killer Meteor Posted October 13, 2011 Member Share Posted October 13, 2011 He's one of my faves! I heard somewhere that he got into trouble with the law, possibly Triad connections, but I've no idea whether that is true. His frequent co-star Shan Mao was murdered back in 77/78.
