Member spannick Posted May 18, 2011 Member Share Posted May 18, 2011 i believe 2 scores only! the made in HK release had the same dub. i really want the orig score version on dvd!! i wonder if FLK is selling that version? i am pretty sure the Original Music was featured on the US Sony Release for SNAKE. the rescored Music is also heard in the English Dub Trailer, featured on both the UK And French DVD. Member Son Of A Gun Posted May 18, 2011 Member Share Posted May 18, 2011 If you want the 're-scored' version with the USA music, that is on the HKL dvd. So to clarify - English dub with original HK score (mono) = Sony dvd English dub with alternate score (mono) = HKL dvd ---

Member spannick Posted May 18, 2011 Member Share Posted May 18, 2011 the Alternate Score ist just a rescore because of Copyright Issues. (Oxygene and other stuff replaced). it's basically total trash.

Member Son Of A Gun Posted May 19, 2011 Member Share Posted May 19, 2011 The one you want is on the HKL dvd. It's original mono and sounds very good. It's the re-score they did for the American release. The one you like.
Member inframan Posted May 20, 2011 Member Share Posted May 20, 2011 As far as I understand the opening music for SITES was originally by Space, but when it was first distributed they replaced it with the other one since the music wasn't licsensed. But now the distributer has properly liscensed the music seperately so it was put back in on recent releases.
