When I went to see Wolf Creek last weekend I saw a trailer for a upcoming remake (:rolleyes ) of The Hills Have Eyes. It actually looked promising, no pop culture icons anywhere in sight. And I got even more excited when I learned its being directed by the same guy who directed Haute Tension (High Tension). So it might actually maintain it dark & gritty feel. Guest Tosh Posted December 30, 2005 Share Posted December 30, 2005 I've been disappointed by the horror remakes of late, in a way, whats the point, but then you have to take in consideration movies like "The Thing". The original Hills have eyes was a great movie for it's day, it's great Michael Berryman is getting some work, he all but disappeared after Wierd Science.
