Please help me find kungfu movie im looking for

So listen up ive been searching for quite some time now :for a movie i saw back in 2000 i think it had something to do with a sword from outer space and it had all elements of a scifi kung fu and adventure movie i even think to remember some sort of vampires played in this film i remember one part of the movie where the main character was walking on an bridge and he was fighting some sort of evil dude if anybody knows what movie im talking about please tell me i will be eternally thankfull hollaback PEACE oh and the cover of this movie if i remember correctly was a samurai with white hair and a sword next time to him stabbed in the ground

Red Shadow had a sword from space in it, but I don't think that's the film you're looking for. Plus it was a 2001 film.
