Charlie's Angels Reboot

A new TV-series version of Charlie's Angels is in the works. ABC picked it up for I think this coming Fall. Drew Barrymore, who starred and produced the two big-screen adaptations, will also produce the new TV series.

Robert Wagner takes over for the late John Forsythe as the new Charlie Townsend. The trio of detectives will work in Miami. Only one of the Angels is already a lock, while the other two are in negotiations.

According to Dark Horizons, Annie Ilonzeh has already signed on while currently in negotiations are Minka Kelly and Rachael Taylor.

Not sure how they are gonna do the action, whether it will be like the original 70's series or the Hong Kong-styled action of the big screen versions.

No, no, no. She should keep training them. They have much more to learn from her.

Hey, here's a thought......maybe they should let CR do some of the choreography for the show.

Or have her as a guest starring role as a former Angel gone rogue :xd:

Oh, dude! I like that. That's an excellent idea. She could be a recurring character.

Boom! there you go you yourself a great idea having her around. Now that would be epic having her kick some Ass on the show if she appered.

New York Daily News showed an 1 minute, 22 second action clip from Charlie's Angels. Rothrock trained these girls pretty well IMO

The fight choreographer of the series is martial artist and stuntman Jeff Moldovan. His credits include the 1988 sequel KARATE WARRIOR 2 (The fights in this were much better than Part 1) and BLOODSPORT: THE DARK KUMITE.
